LOST AND FOUND

Always teach your employees how to take over your job. When I was working in a corporate setting, my boss's job was to teach me how to take his job, and I try to apply the same concept to my own business by relinquishing duties to my employees and thus empowering them.

I don’t care about being my own boss, what I care about is that the results of the company being squarely on you and not the based on the decisions that somebody else does. Making decisions without anyone else’s final say is by far one of the most liberating things.
