It’s very tough at first and be prepared to not have a life for a year. You have to get over the initial hump of it being very difficult and then you can relax. Find some awesome people to work for you. That was another challenge, finding the right people. It took us some time but right now we have some awesome people so we’re very fortunate but it took a while to get the right people.
