Don’t spend a tonne of money on your renovations because you really want to make sure that you put the bulk of your money into your inventory. That’s what’s going to bring you the sales, that’s what people are interested in. Obviously the space needs to reflect your aesthetic and your design sense, so we were really keen on making the space look as nice as possible, but we were also really resourceful trying to come up with solutions that would be affordable for us.
