I would have interned more. That’s something I would have done differently for sure. I would have interned with large companies that do what I aspire to do, just to see how on earth it’s done. I had been winging it up until a couple years ago and now I feel I know what I’m doing. I still don’t know everything, but I know a lot more. It took forever, and it was mostly experience, but I think I should have drawn more on sources outside and I was too afraid to ask.

I’m still searching for a mentor. It’s important to talk to people, and people that know what’s up. It’s important to say that you don’t know what’s up, so you can find help.
