PRISMLAND

PRISMLAND

I hate being in front of the computer 24/7, it’s just not my style. I wasn’t drawing with my hands, which I thought was really weird. Doing it digitally was so foreign to me. I just couldn’t get creative with it, so I was just looking online for ideas of what else I could do, and I came across an ad for an apprenticeship at Tattoo People, and honestly, I never thought about tattooing ever–I guess I wasn’t really interested in that traditional style that’s common in tattooing. So I kind of just applied, got the job, started working part time here and part time at the design job. I fell in love with tattooing, quit my job, and started working here full time. So while all of that was happening, Matt and I were trying to develop Prismland into a brand.
